Teamwork

Somasegar, Corporate Vice President, Microsoft, has posted a very interesting note on team work, in his weblog. This has been the best thought I ever came across, which really shows the power of team work. He shows the example and study done on birds where a flock of birds achieve better than birds which does alone. So impressive! A must-read note for any team-member!
